Broomfield extended their winning streak to 12 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Kashus Clarvoe. The Eagles enjoyed a cozy 28-14 win over the Rocky Mountain Lobos on Friday for which the team can thank Clarvoe, who rushed for 223 yards and one TD while picking up 10.1 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 86-yard run.

One reason for the win was Broomfield's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Gavyn Bienzle, Grady Thomson, and Alexander Darby, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Bode Nesbitt and Collin Brown certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Nesbitt picked up 124 receiving yards and one touchdown, while Brown picked up 53 receiving yards and one score.

Broomfield's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Rocky Mountain, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2.

Broomfield has already played their next contest, a 28-27 win against Legacy on the 18th. As for Rocky Mountain, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 14-9 loss against Cherokee Trail on the 19th.
