Medicine Valley hasn't had much luck against Dundy County-Stratton recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Medicine Valley Raiders will look to defend their home court against the Dundy County-Stratton Tigers at 6:30 p.m.

Medicine Valley is headed into Thursday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Tuesday. They took a hard 51-33 fall against Cambridge.

Despite the defeat, Medicine Valley got top-tier performance from Remmi Stout, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 13 boards. That was a full 60.6% of Medicine Valley's points, marking the third time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points.

Even though they lost, Medicine Valley smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Dundy County-Stratton strolled past Hitchcock County with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 47-32. The Tigers pushed the score to 40-20 by the end of the third, a deficit the Falcons cut but never quite recovered from.

Dundy County-Stratton has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Medicine Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.
