Glencoe had won three straight home games and Gracyn Bunt did her part to make it four on Thursday. The Yellowjackets put the hurt on the Piedmont Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory for which the team can thank Bunt, who had 21 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-6, 25-17.

Glencoe's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Piedmont, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Coming up, Glencoe will face off against Faith Christian at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Piedmont, they will take on Cleburne County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
