Softball Recap: Mentor Cardinals vs. Brunswick Blue Devils

Mentor proved they can win big on Monday (they won by 15) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 victory over the Brunswick Blue Devils. The Cardinals haven't had any issues with the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Sophia Smalley was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two runs. Aubree Col?n also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
