Cienega suffered their biggest loss since September 11th on Thursday. They came up short against the Canyon del Oro Dorados, falling 3-0. The Bobcats' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Cienega was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-14, 25-23.

Cienega's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Canyon del Oro, the victory got them back to even at 12-12.

Cienega and Canyon del Oro will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Bobcats see the court they'll take on Pueblo at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Canyon del Oro, their break will end when they face Flowing Wells at 6:00 p.m. on the 13th.
