Baseball Recap: Chouteau-Mazie's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Chouteau-Mazie fell victim to Pocola and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 8-0 to the Indians. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Wildcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Chouteau-Mazie's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-13. As for Pocola, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-10.

Coincidentally, Chouteau-Mazie and Pocola will both be playing Checotah the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will head out to face the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Indians will head out to face them on Friday.
