Arlington Heights gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They secured a 25-21 W over the Everman Bulldogs.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arlington Heights to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kaeden Grant, who rushed for 81 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 107 yards on 12 of 18 attempts. Another rusher making a difference was Carson James, who rushed for 92 yards and two touchdowns.

Arlington Heights wouldn't let Everman keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Caynan James was the leader in that area as all came courtesy of his dominant performance.
