Basketball Recap: S & S Consolidated Takes a Loss

S & S Consolidated was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Pottsboro Cardinals and fell 101-35. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 53-26.

Despite the loss, S & S Consolidated saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Brightin Mcnabb posted seven points. The dominant performance also gave Mcnabb a new career-high in assists (two).

S & S Consolidated's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Pottsboro, their victory bumped their record up to 13-7.

S & S Consolidated will be playing at home against Gunter at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pottsboro, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Pottsboro Cardinals duke it out with the Bells Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
