Soccer Recap: Peru Comes Up Short

Peru and Schalmont squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Peru had to settle for second. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sabres. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Peru haven't been shut out since back in September.

Peru now has a losing record of 5-6-1. As for Schalmont, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 18-2.

Peru has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Schalmont on the 5th. The Sabres does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
