Soccer Recap: Martin Comes Up Short

Martin lost to Juarez-Lincoln back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 3-2. Martin have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Martin's loss dropped their record down to 7-9-1. As for Juarez-Lincoln, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Martin will take on rival Mission at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Juarez-Lincoln is set to face off against their familiar foe Palmview at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
