Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fairview). They claimed a resounding 80-17 win over the Hayden Wildcats. Given the Aggies' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 111th, while the Wildcats are ranked 391st), the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Fairview is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-15 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Hayden, they dropped their record down to 3-18 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Fairview will head out on the road to challenge Arab at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hayden does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
