Volleyball Recap: Siren Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Siren, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Bruce Red Raiders 2-1 on Saturday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Dragons as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Siren had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-22, 15-9.

Siren picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Bruce, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Siren has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Frederic on the 9th. As for Bruce, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Flambeau on the 9th.
