Soccer Recap: Glacier Peak Takes a Loss

If Glacier Peak was feeling good fresh off their 4-1 takedown of Kamiak last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Grizzlies came up short against the Jackson Timberwolves on Tuesday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Jackson this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in March.

Glacier Peak has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4-1 record this season. As for Jackson, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glacier Peak will head out to take on Mariner at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Jackson, they will venture away from home to square off against Lake Stevens at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lake Stevens will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Jackson surely won't give up without a fight.
