The third road game was the charm for Academy of the Holy Names, as they earned their first away win of the season. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Berkeley Prep Buccaneers on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Jaguars in their matchups with the Buccaneers: they've now won seven in a row.

Faith DeRing was excellent, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.

Academy of the Holy Names' victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Berkeley Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-8 record this season.

Academy of the Holy Names will challenge Shorecrest Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Berkeley Prep, they are taking a road trip to challenge Clearwater at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
