North Yarmouth Academy put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Sacopee Valley Hawks 18-1. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hawks, too.

Lily Fortin made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 12 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Fortin was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

In other batting news, North Yarmouth Academy got a massive performance out of Jordan Nash, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. North Yarmouth Academy pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Yarmouth Academy will welcome St. Dominic at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The match will give the Panthers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Sacopee Valley, they will be playing at home against Lake Region at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.
