Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Mary's Academy). They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Reno County HomeSchool Sabres 58-56. The score was all tied up 24-24 at the break, but the Crusaders were the better team in the second half.

St. Mary's Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Reno County HomeSchool, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

St. Mary's Academy will take on Santa Fe Trail in a tournament on Thursday. As for Reno County HomeSchool, they will be taking part in a tournament against Fairfield on Tuesday.
