Volleyball Recap: Player #18 Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Creekview

Wakeland won the last time they faced Creekview and things went their way on Friday too. The Wolverines were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mustangs.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Wakeland took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-10, 25-10.

Wakeland got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Player #18 out in front who had 17 assists and five digs.

Wakeland pushed their record up to 23-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Creekview, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-25 record this season.
