Softball Recap: Madison Comes Up Short

Madison and Corydon Central squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Madison had to settle for second. They lost 10-0 to the Panthers. The defeat continues a trend for the Cubs in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost six in a row.

Madison's loss dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Corydon Central, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Madison nor Corydon Central have any future games scheduled.
