Jack Insinga gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April on Friday. He was unstoppable, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He is becoming a predictor of Seneca's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 5-1 (and 3-9 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Insinga and Seneca will challenge Bishop Eustace Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Golden Eagles haven't beaten the Crusaders recently, having gone 0-10 since April of 2019.
