 The Alcoa Tornadoes will head out on the road to  challenge  the William Blount Governors at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. Alcoa will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
 In what's become a running theme this season, Alcoa gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  a  13-1 margin over Gatlinburg-Pittman.
 The team  relied heavily on  Dylan Jablonski, who  went 3-for-3 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and a  triple. Another player making a difference was  Halle Bailey, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-3.
 Meanwhile, William Blount came up short against Heritage on Friday and fell  5-1. William Blount has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Alcoa is  on a roll lately: they've  won 14 of their last 15 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record  this season. As for William Blount, their loss dropped their record down to 15-8.
 Alcoa skirted past William Blount  2-0 in their previous matchup  back in April of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Alcoa since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
