San Tan Foothills had lost three games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 4-14 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. Everything went their way against the ALA - Anthem South Titans as they made off with an 18-9 win. This was a revenge game for the Sabercats: when they faced off against the Titans back in February, they had to take a 25-8 loss.

As for ALA - Anthem South, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season. Their defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it seven in a row.

For ALA - Anthem South's part, Presley Barton made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 4-for-5 with one home run, two triples, and three runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Miley Rice, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Tan Foothills will head out to face off against Benjamin Franklin at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The Sabercats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Chargers have averaged an impressive 8.4 runs per game this season. As for ALA - Anthem South, they will venture away from home to square off against Heritage Academy at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
