While Middleburgh's victory against Mekeel Christian Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Knights beat the Lions by a goal, winning 2-1. The win continues a trend for Middleburgh in their matchups with Mekeel Christian Academy: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, Loudonville Christian entered their matchup against Cobleskill-Richmondville on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Eagles fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Loudonville Christian couldn't push the score so high this time.

The victory got Middleburgh back to even at 4-4-3. As for Loudonville Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2.
