Coronado's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 51-43 win over the Tse' Yi' Gai Dine Warriors. This was a revenge game for the Leopards: when they faced off against the Dine Warriors last Saturday, they had to take a 57-20 loss.

Tse' Yi' Gai's loss came despite strong showings from Tayler Begay and Taylor Etcitty. Begay posted 17 points, while Etcitty went 6 for 13 on her way to 12 points. Those 17 points gave Begay a new career-high.

Coronado's record now sits at 5-13. As for Tse' Yi' Gai, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.

Coming up, Coronado will take on Corona/Vaughn at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Corona/Vaughn will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Coronado surely won't give up without a fight. As for Tse' Yi' Gai, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Pine Hill at 1:00 p.m.
