Baseball Recap: Eagle Comes Up Short

Eagle kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 12-2 to the Owyhee Storm. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Mustangs have suffered against the Storm since March 31, 2023.

Eagle saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kristian Fusco, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one triple.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eagle will welcome Skyview at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Owyhee, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Mountain View at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
