Football Game Preview: Stark County Rebels vs. Rushville-Industry Rockets

The Stark County Rebels will challenge the Rushville-Industry Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Stark County had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least 31 points, but Annawan-Wethersfield put an end to it on Friday. The Rebels were dealt a 48-7 loss at the hands of the Titans. The contest marked the Rebels' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, Rushville-Industry humbled Monmouth United with a 54-18 victory. The Rockets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 32 points or more this season.

Stark County better keep an eye on Rylan Reimolds. He was instrumental in Rushville-Industry's win, rushing for 162 yards and three scores on only ten carries. Reimolds got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 85 yards.

Rushville-Industry was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 467 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Stark County fell to 5-1. As for Rushville-Industry, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Stark County took their win against Rushville-Industry in their previous matchup back in August of 2024 by a conclusive 27-6 score. Do the Rebels have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rockets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
