Baseball Recap: Big Valley Christian Falls Short of Turlock Christian in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Big Valley Christian can now relate to. They fell just short of the Turlock Christian Eagles by a score of 4-3 on Thursday. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Noah Stel made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season. Joel Geddes was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run.

Big Valley Christian's record now sits at 6-16-1. As for Turlock Christian, their record is now 14-5.

As of now, neither Big Valley Christian nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
