Softball Recap: Damonte Ranch Comes Up Short

Damonte Ranch's last matchup with Douglas could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. The Mustangs lost 10-0 to the Tigers. The match marked the first time this year in which the Mustangs were not able to get on the board.

Damonte Ranch's loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Douglas, their record is now 12-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Damonte Ranch is set to challenge their familiar foe Reed at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Douglas will square off against rival Reno at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
