Trinity Christian has no trouble against Coastal HomeSchool

Trinity Christian entered their tilt with the Coastal HomeSchool Hurricanes with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Everything went Trinity Christian's way against Coastal HomeSchool on Tuesday as Trinity Christian made off with a 49-23 win. Trinity Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Coastal HomeSchool's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chloe McNew, who scored seven points along with nine rebounds and three steals. McNew is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 15 games she's played. Emily Burgos was another key contributor, scoring four points along with two steals.

Trinity Christian's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Coastal HomeSchool, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian's homestand continues as they prepare to take on The Habersham School at 5:00 p.m. on January 19th. The Habersham School is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Coastal HomeSchool, they will be playing at home against Varsity Opponent at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Varsity Opponent has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 15.
