Football Recap: Southern Comes Up Short

After soaring to 40 points the game before, Southern was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They had to suffer through a 42-6 loss at the hands of the Eastern Eagles. The defeat continues a trend for the Tornadoes in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost eight in a row.

Southern's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Eastern, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-3.

As of now, neither Southern nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
