Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for North Surry + How To Watch

North Surry waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Surry Central Golden Eagles. This was a revenge game for the Greyhounds: when they faced off against the Golden Eagles back in September, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

While North Surry might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Surry Central scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 24-26, 25-22, 25-23.

North Surry was led to victory by KK Adame and Julie Anna Lawson. Adame had nine digs and four assists, while Lawson had nine digs. That's the most assists Adame has posted over her last eight contests.

North Surry's record is now 16-6. As for Surry Central, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 15-7 record.

North Surry has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against West Stokes on the 13th. As for Surry Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Mount Airy on the 13th.
