Ridgeview had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Estancia Eagles by a score of 6-3 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Wolf Pack sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row.

Ben Castro made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched 6.2 innings while giving up five earned runs off five hits. Castro was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

In other batting news, Mason Refuerzo was excellent, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple was his first of the season. Keisyun Allen was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs.

Ridgeview pushed their record up to 23-11 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.4 runs over those games. As for Estancia, the loss snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 21-14 record.

Ridgeview wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 1-0 victory against Banning on the 7th. Estancia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
