Arvada West had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Castle View Sabercats by a score of 3-1. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Sabercats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.
While Arvada West might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Castle View scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-20, 14-25, 27-25.
Laila Gibbons paced Arvada West's offense, picking up 13 kills. Gibbons got some help from Alex Williams and her 37 assists. Scarlett Wilhelm controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
