Chester is a perfect 10-0 against Arlington since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Chester sitting on seven straight victories and Arlington on five.
On Tuesday, Chester got the win against Sioux Valley by a conclusive 3-0.
The final score came out to 25-10, 25-21, 25-9.

Chester can attribute much of their success to Gracie J Huntimer, who had ten digs and two assists, and Lily Van Hal, who had 17 digs, ten kills, six aces, and one block. Van Hal has been hot for a while, having posted six or more kills the last 21 times she's played.
They weren't the only good servers: Chester was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September.
Meanwhile, Arlington made easy work of Oldham-Ramona/R on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-7, 25-13.
Arlington's victory bumped their record up to 17-13. As for Chester, their win bumped their record up to 26-1.
Chester took their victory against Arlington in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Flyers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cardinals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
