Basketball Recap: McCallum Comes Up Short

After flying high against Richards School for Young Women Leaders on Friday, McCallum came back down to earth. The Knights fell just short of the Bastrop Bears by a score of 41-39 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Knights have suffered since November 5, 2024.

McCallum dropped their record down to 13-18 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Bastrop, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-18.

As of now, neither McCallum nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
