Basketball Recap: Stow-Munroe Falls Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Stow-Munroe Falls can now relate to. They fell 45-37 to the Medina Battling Bees on Saturday. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 153rd, while the Battling Bees are ranked 46th).

Stow-Munroe Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Medina, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

Stow-Munroe Falls does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Medina, they will take on Jackson at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
