Volleyball Recap: North Central Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

North Central waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Langford Lions. The Thunder have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lions, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-12, 25-16.

Amree VanderVorst paced North Central's offense, picking up 17 kills. VanderVorst got some help from Camryn Witlock and her 19 assists. Ella Batie controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

North Central's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Langford, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Central will face off against Sully Buttes at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Langford, they will head out to challenge Tiospa Zina at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
