Recap: Waite Indians vs. Firestone Falcons
The Waite Indians suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Monday. They took a serious blow against Firestone, falling 60-12. Waite was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-2.
Aalivia Mullins continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Firestone, scoring 14 points. Another player making a difference was Alyssa Williams, who scored ten points.
Waite's loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-8. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 11.3 points per game. As for Firestone, their win bumped their record up to 6-8.
