Carlisle got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kolby Morgerson out in front who threw for 289 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in a pair of TDs on the ground. Those 289 passing yards gave Morgerson a new career-high. 93 of Morgerson's passing yards were hauled in by Clayton Jewel, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Wildcats on Friday. North Union took their game with ease, bagging a 47-14 win over Williamsburg. With North Union ahead 34-8 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

North Union's win came from a few key players Carlisle will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Griffin Osborne, who rushed for 106 yards and two scores on only six carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making four total tackles and defending one pass. Nick Vanhoose also helped out as he racked up 121 rushing yards.

Carlisle's record now sits at 10-2. As for North Union, their record is now 8-4.
