There's no place like home for North Forrest, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 27-19 victory over the Sacred Heart Crusaders on Friday. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Crusaders, too.

Despite the defeat, Sacred Heart saw an underclassman step up: freshman Kaden Murphy picked up 55 receiving yards, and also threw for 82 yards and one TD.

North Forrest's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Sacred Heart, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Forrest will challenge Perry Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sacred Heart, they will face off against Collins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Crusaders will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 35.43 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
