Soccer Game Preview: Strake Jesuit vs. Benjamin Davis

The Strake Jesuit Fighting Crusaders will be taking part in a tournament against the Benjamin Davis Falcons at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Strake Jesuit is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

Strake Jesuit's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They put the hurt on Ridge Point with a sharp 3-0 victory. Considering the Fighting Crusaders have won five contests by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Benjamin Davis was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Alief Elsik.

Strake Jesuit pushed their record up to 7-1-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four matchups. As for Benjamin Davis, they now have a losing record at 2-3-1.
