Soccer Recap: Lithia Springs Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 2-2 at halftime, Lithia Springs was not quite South Cobb's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They lost 7-2 to the South Cobb Eagles. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2022.

Lithia Springs is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for South Cobb, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Lithia Springs will host Carrollton at 7:30 p.m. on March 4th. As for South Cobb, they will head out to square off against Marietta at 6:00 p.m. on March 4th.
