Basketball Recap: Rittman Gets the Win

Rittman won the last time they faced New London and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Rittman Indians had just enough and edged the New London Wildcats out 52-50. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Indians as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Rittman's win bumped their record up to 2-8. As for New London, their loss was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rittman will face off against Dalton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Dalton has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for New London, they will square off against South Central at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. New London is facing South Central at the right time seeing as South Central is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
