Football Game Preview: Sheboygan North Golden Raiders vs. Sheboygan South Redwings

An exciting North v. South battle is about to be fought. The Sheboygan North Golden Raiders will host the Sheboygan South Redwings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sheboygan South took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Sheboygan North, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Sheboygan North strolled past Green Bay West with points to spare, taking the game 20-6. The victory continues a trend for the Golden Raiders in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Sheboygan South had to suffer through a 42-12 loss at the hands of Oshkosh North. While losing is never fun, the Redwings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 311th, while the Spartans are ranked 62nd).

Sheboygan North's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Sheboygan South, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Everything came up roses for Sheboygan North against Sheboygan South when the teams last played back in September of 2024, as the squad secured a 48-6 victory. In that contest, the Golden Raiders amassed a halftime lead of 41-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
