Basketball Recap: Bison Comes Up Short

Bison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 57-12 defeat at the hands of the Carter County Bulldogs. The game marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Bison's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Carter County, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Bison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 52-17 defeat against Timber Lake on the 13th. As for Carter County, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bison at 5:00 p.m. on January 28th.
