Volleyball Recap: Rock Port's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four + How To Watch

Rock Port had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against the West Nodaway Rockets by a score of 3-1. For the Blue Jays, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Rockets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Rock Port walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 16-25, 25-19, 25-14.

Braylyn Wood paced Rock Port's offense, picking up 19 kills. Wood got some help from Raylynn Jenkins and her 25 assists. Wood also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kinley Lair, racking up three apiece.

When it comes to explaining why West Nodaway lost, don't look at Hadley Fast. Despite the final result, she had 17 digs. Gracie Larabee also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Rock Port's win bumped their record up to 12-2-1. As for West Nodaway, their loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-4.

Rock Port has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against North Nodaway on the 18th. West Nodaway has also already played their next match (against Union Star), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
