West Rowan won the last time they faced Carson and Devaunh White did his part to make sure it happened again. The Falcons came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 21-14 on Friday for which the team can thank White, who rushed for 224 yards and one score while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 123.6 rushing yards per game.

Despite the loss, Carson still got an impressive performance from Damo'N Broussard, who rushed for 122 yards and a pair of TDs on only six carries. Broussard really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run.

West Rowan moved to 2-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Carson, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

West Rowan didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 48-6 victory against South Rowan on the 3rd. As for Carson, they have also already played their next contest, a 49-14 defeat against Northwest Cabarrus on the 3rd.
