Baseball Recap: West Geauga Takes a Loss

West Geauga was the 6-3 winner over Hawken when they last played one another on Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolverines fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 7-6 on Tuesday.

West Geauga's loss dropped their record down to 12-4. As for Hawken, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

West Geauga is taking a road trip to challenge Shaker Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hawken, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Western Reserve Academy at 5:00 p.m.
