Baseball Recap: St. Elizabeth Vikings vs. William Penn Colonials

St. Elizabeth lost against William Penn back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vikings lost 12-2 to the Colonials. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Elizabeth saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Consalo, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one RBI.

St. Elizabeth's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for William Penn, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-4.

The Vikings are facing the Highlanders at the right time seeing as the Highlanders are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for William Penn, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Newark at 3:45 p.m.
