Softball Recap: Walnut Hills Comes Up Short on the Road Against Loveland

Walnut Hills had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Loveland Tigers, falling 14-3. The Eagles have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Chloe Dollar made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

Loveland now has a winning record of 3-2.

Walnut Hills didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 15-0 loss against Milford on the 2nd. As for Loveland, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Lebanon on the 2nd.
