Holmes proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by 11) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Stevens Falcons, sneaking past 10-9. The victory continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won five in a row.

Hannah Melendez was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two RBI. Liliana Vallez also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
